Our school year is off to a great start.
Our Kindergarten Readiness classes have already learned their Straight Stick Letters and are moving on to the Circle Letters. We also have many Stars on the Star Board. We have been to Herrick District Library where we used our detective skills and "spotted" all the great areas in the library. We think the best part is the Book Drop. A huge thanks to Julie Marroquin. Our next field trip is to the Holland Farmer's Market. We will visit Mr. Visser's Farm stand and choose our own pumpkins.
Our Threeschool classes have been busy learning about Fire Safety. The Holland Fire Truck came to our school. It was very exciting. Thanks to Firefighter Ross and Firefighter Zach for the visit. We also went "camping" in a tent and in a motor home. Even though the weather was cold, we had lots of great fun.
Our playground has a new piece of equipment thanks to the many parent volunteers. Our new Circle Cycle is up and moving. It is wonderful and the children are having a great time.
